2018 OFFICE CLOSURES
INCS will be closed in observance of all Federal and Bank holidays. Office holidays are considered non-business days. Hours may vary the day before a holiday. Payments will not be received or posted on weekends and holidays. Plan your payments accordingly.
Jan 1st: New Years Day
Jan 15th: Martin Luther King, Jr Day
Feb 19th: President’s Day
May 28th: Memorial Day
July 4th: Independence Day
Sept 3rd: Labor Day
Oct 8th: Columbus Day
Nov 12th: Veteran’s Day (observed)
Nov 22nd: Thanksgiving
Nov 23rd: Day after Thanksgiving
Dec 25th: Christmas Day
If you call the office and do not reach a person during normal business hours, please leave a voicemail, as we are with other customers. Your call will be returned as soon as possible. If you wish to make a payment, outside of our normal business hours, you may drop your check or Postal Money Order through the mail slot, located next to the front door. It will be collected and posted on the following business day.
Mail Delivery: Standard mail delivery, via USPS, is received and processed before the posted cut-off time. If you mail a payment via FedEx, UPS, or some other carrier, or using a special delivery method, please check to make sure it will be delivered before the 1:00 pm deadline.
